The Principal’s pick the week of October 12-16, 2015 for Student of the week is Rex for the following reasons:

After knowing Rex for only a short amount of time, it is immediately apparent that he is a dedicated and hardworking student. In the math classroom, Rex makes effort on a daily basis to understand and perfect the material. When the concepts become more difficult, he stops by my classroom regularly to ensure that he continues to succeed. Keep up the good work!  ~Mr. Holloway, Math Teacher

Rex Marquardt has emerged as a true leader amongst the senior class. Rex is an outstanding student who can be counted on to complete work to the best of his ability and to fully engage in his studies and the task at hand. As importantly, he can be counted on in school to foster a positive school environment and is continually looking to encourage his classmates as well as the entire student body. His attitude towards school, compassion for others, and attention to school climate help to make Rex an invaluable asset to our school. Great job Rex and keep up the good work. ~Mr. Wilson, Principal

Rex is a very capable student and consistently achieves at a very high level. Rex has developed his study and organizational skills over the past few years and has become a productive and valued member of our Biology II class. Rex is also a friend to everyone in the school and always has a warm smile and pleasant greeting for all he encounters. Keep up the great work Rex! ~Mr. Gregory, Science Teacher
