Local, regional and statewide news coverage produced by the KUCB newsroom. The News at Noon airs Monday-Friday. During the legislative session, regular news coverage is replaced on the first and third Wednesdays of the month by the public affairs program The Exchange, which features policitians and policy experts in the first segment, and local artists, authors and craftsmen in the second segment.
