Officer advised three inebriates that they were too intoxicated to remain on a licensed premise. One of the three, Daniel K. Rankin, 36 yoa, was arrested for Criminal Trespass II and Resisting Arrest when he refused to leave the bar and then wrested himself away from the arresting officer.
