Drunken caller complained that his drunken friend wouldn’t leave the caller’s home. Officers responded and found the friend leaving in a vehicle driven by a sober person.
Domestic Disturbance

Officers responded to a home from which a young boy had called after engaging in a heated disagreement with his intoxicated father. Officers spoke to all family members present in the house and concluded that no crime had occurred.
Release Conditions

Noel Carlos, 28 yoa, recently arrested and released on bail, was seen driving his pickup. Carlos, who had been advised four days earlier that his license was suspended and that he would be arrested if he drove, was arrested for Driving while License Suspended as well as for Violating Conditions of Release. Carlos told officers he needed to drive so he could carry his belongings around town.

Officer located some unopened beer cans that had been left inside a City facility. The beer was destroyed.

Officer observed a man with a flashlight wandering about behind a commercial warehouse. The man told the officer he was an employee of the company, looking for machine parts; this was later confirmed by company management.

Zackery L. Fritz, 36 yoa, was arrested for Driving under the Influence and Driving while License Suspended/Revoked after an officer observed Fritz, who was stopped on the side of the road, with his head lolling back on his seat. Fritz admitted to consuming alcohol earlier in the evening, and to having a suspended license.
Domestic Disturbance

Officers responded to a residence at which an argument between a man and his wife had escalated from yelling at one another to throwing things. The husband was ultimately ordered to leave the premises; the wife was given information about obtaining a protective order to ensure her safety in the future.
