Officer checked the Dutch Harbor Post Office after being advised of a possibly malfunctioning alarm at that location. No indication of nefarious activity was noted.

An itinerant told police that the sounds of sex in the parking lot in which he was sleeping had kept him awake for at least five hours. When he tried to locate the source of the sounds, disembodied voices began calling him a pervert and threatening to kill him, all of which he believed was in reference to the pornography he had earlier viewed on the library computer. The itinerant later advised an officer that he thought the voices were probably just in his head, and that he planned to attend Bible study in the morning.
Drunk Disturbance

Caller reported three drunks stumbling, shouting and urinating in, on and about Airport Beach Road. An officer located the drunks and advised them of the various safety problems and legal issues associated with their behavior.

A concerned mother spoke to an officer about the status of a sexual assault investigation in the State of Washington. The officer provided the mother with some general information and suggested she contact the investigator in charge.

Officer stood by while a man retrieved some personal belongings from a residence he was no longer allowed to enter.

Caller reported a rental vehicle being driven in a reckless fashion. Officers located the vehicle, parked, but not the driver.

A bar patron with a swollen eye and abrasions on his cheek advised an officer he had been assaulted on the dance floor by another patron, who was apparently upset about the victim’s choice of dance partners. The suspect was identified but not located. Charges pending.

Thomas J. Alley, 47 yoa, was arrested on one count of Assault IV-DV after he punched his roommate in the eye following an argument about Allen’s drunken noisiness.

Caller reported a medium to large sized dog with long brindle colored hair loose on Bayview Avenue. Officer contacted individuals in the area who did not see the animal.

Officers attempted to facilitate a court ordered escort at a residence. Parties were unable to meet officers at the scheduled time.

Officers assisted in trespassing two individuals from a local bar due to their level of intoxication.

Caller repeatedly phoned Public Safety. Subject later walked into Public Safety and left. Officer contacted caller by phone and determined that there was nothing criminal to report.
