Andrey M. Fomin, 32 yoa, was arrested for Criminal Trespass I, Assault IV-DV and Theft III after he entered his estranged wife’s bedroom through her window, threatened to kill her, attempted to punch another occupant of the residence and stole a bucket full of money before leaving through the window again. Fomin was subsequently released on $1000 cash bail.

Mother reported her teenage son had not returned home as planned, and was not answering his phone. Officers were unable to locate the boy in the area described as the son’s last known location, but the mother phoned several hours later to report she had made contact with him at a friend’s house.

Officers responding to a report of a man wandering about a residence, banging on doors and windows, found a cold, wet and befuddled inebriate who had been dropped off at the wrong location and was looking for help getting home. Taxis being unavailable, an officer provided him with transport.

Multiple people were contacted regarding a brawl at a bar. In spite of a few punches being thrown, one man being thrown on a pool table and another one shocked with a stun gun, no injuries were reported and no charges were filed.

Caller reported that his employee, who had been extremely sick but had refused medical care for the last week, appeared to have died during the night. Officers responded and verified that this was so; after the initial investigation was complete the body of Dale L. Cummings, 61 yoa, was released to his family..

Officers who were asked to help remove a vehicle that was stuck in some mud responded to provide said assistance and found that the driver was intoxicated. Gregory K. Krukoff Jr., 25 yoa, was arrested on one count of Driving under the Influence.

A Good Samaritan advised she was taking a man with a head wound, whom she had just found on the side of the road, to the clinic. Officers met with the man, who was somewhat intoxicated and explained that he had tripped, fallen, and hit his head on a rock.

Officer issued a warning to a driver for failing to provide proof of motor vehicle liability insurance. The driver subsequently presented proof of insurance at the police station.

Kevin D. Starr, 41 yoa, was arrested for Driving under the Influence after officers contacted him pursuant to a report by a security officer. Starr was released on $500 cash bail.

The drunken mother called police because she had given her debit card to her son, now also intoxicated, to buy booze and had discovered hours later that she had neither booze nor funds in her bank account to show for her trouble. An officer advised the woman that no crime had been committed.
