Donny Ray Sturgell, 39 yoa, was arrested for Criminal Trespass II after he was found passed out in the hotel  less than 24 hours after being told he was not allowed at that location. Sturgell blamed police for the fact that his arrest meant he would miss his afternoon flight.

A boat owner who had recently replaced a lock on his vessel door discovered that the lock had been broken and determined that a person(s) unknown had clearly been sleeping in the vessel. Witnesses described two possible suspects. Under investigation.

Caller reported several buoys had fallen from the back of a truck, into the roadway. An officer removed the buoys from the road but did not locate the truck from whence they came.

A driver using a dirt road on private property became stuck in the soft soil near the west end of Unalaska lake, causing some large ruts and disturbing the new spring growth in the area. The driver was not identified until the following day, when several attempts were made to contact him regarding reparations to the property owner.
