Officer responded to a local seafood processing facility at which two senior citizens had allegedly been fighting with one another. Investigation revealed that the two oldsters had been smearing fish guts in one another’s face due to some long-standing enmity.

The driver of a tractor-trailer backed into a warehouse loading bay to the purpose-built rubber bumpers marking the edge of the bay, but in so doing caused some of the warehouse walls to compress inward. There was no driver violation and the matter of any damages was handled between the shipping and warehouse companies.

Officers investigated a report that an intoxicated, bigoted guest had denigrated and threatened a bunkhouse resident. Victim and witness descriptions enabled officers to identify the guest, who had already left the area. When the inebriated racist was contacted a short time, he proceeded to display precisely the type of behavior described by the victim, this time in the street outside his own home. The inebriate was eventually encouraged to return to his home and be quiet.

Caller reported that his license had been mislaid when he used it to rent a movie, and requested assistance with the matter. By the time an officer arrived, store employees had found the license where it had been dropped in the video display section and the customer had already apologized to staff for his behavior.
