Officers assisted security with a belligerent, intoxicated bar patron who tried to have the last wordy by flipping off the bartender and leaving without paying his tab after the bartender cut him off. The patron changed his final answer after an officer advised him he could go to jail for this minor oversight.

Caller reported that a man was systematically entering vehicles parked at the CEM Dock, and that he appeared to be taking things from the vehicles. The suspect told police that he had permission from the owners to be in their vehicles, and provided names and contact information for each of them. The suspect’s statements were confirmed.

A man involved in a minor altercation in front of the bar fled on foot when an officer approached. The officer gave chase for approximately one-quarter mile but the unidentified man eluded capture. A possible suspect was later located but was found to have been uninvolved in the incident.
