Caller reported two males carrying an unconscious female into the hotel, and asked that officers check into the situation. Officers found the three in the hotel parking lot, where the woman could be seen laughing loudly just before falling on her face. Officers determined that the woman was not in any danger from the men, one of whom was her boyfriend and agreed to take her home for the evening.

A small vial containing several pills was found at Alaska Ship Supply and turned over to UDPS for destruction.
Taxi Violation

Officer observed a taxi being driven quite poorly and conducted a traffic stop on said taxi. The driver was cited and the taxi ordered out of service after the officer determined the driver had violated multiple City ordinances regarding taxi operation.

Disorderly Conduct

Officers returned and arrested Hussein Ibrahim, 30 yoa, and Muktar A. Jama, 31 yoa, for Disorderly Conduct after the two men continued fighting with one another in spite of having been separated by Security and having been told by police to stay away from one another. Both men lay all the blame for the incident at the others’ feet.

Officers responded to a report of an assault at and found that two inebriated men had indeed been fighting, but neither wished to pursue charges against the other. Both men were advised to stay away from one another.
Drunk Disturbance

Officer contacted a woman who was punching walls on various company buildings, and learned that she was upset because of some unkind things a friend had said about her. The officer advised the woman she could be charged with a crime if she damaged property with her blows. A comrade agreed to get the woman safely back to her own room.

Officer issued a trespass advisement, per bar staff, to a man who was arguing with patrons.
Theft

A bar patron reported that his jacket, containing wallet, cell phones and a significant amount of cash, had been stolen after he left it on a bar stool while he went outside to smoke. Sometime later, bar staff noted a man wearing what appeared to be the stolen jacket. The man, who appeared ignorant of the fact that he was wearing a jacket other than his own, readily turned over the jacket and all its contents. His own jacket was found on a stool next to the one on which the missing jacket had been left. No charges filed.

An officer spoke with both an 18-year old girl who wanted to move out of her house, because she did not like living with her mother and grandfather; and the girl’s mother, who wanted to know how she could stop her adult child from seeing a certain man. The girl was advised that she could indeed move if she so chose.
