Complaint about a truck parked partially in the roadway. The investigating officer found that one end of a flatbed trailer, upon which was being loaded construction equipment, was protruding into the traveled portion of the roadway. The driver was advised to set up cones and to use a flagger to prevent traffic hazards.

Joshua G. Zaochney, 23 yoa, was arrested on charges of Attempted Burglary II after officers investigated a complaint about Zaochney throwing rocks at the windows of a gas station. Zaochney told officers he had been trying to break into the building in order to get a pack of cigarettes.
