Officer contacted an intoxicated couple, the female of which was attempting to urinate next to a parked vehicle. An officer advised the woman of a nearby, considerably more appropriate facility designed specifically for such purposes. A few minutes later the officer contacted the couple a second time, this time because the male was urinating at a street corner. The couple, now relieved, went on their separate ways.
