Officers received a complaint of a bon fire without a permit and party creating a disturbance. Officers advised the caller that a bon fire of reasonable size did not require a permit. Officers again responded to the area and found there to be no discernable noise coming from the area in question and the fire to be nearly out.

Officer responded to a report of a loud party. The officers found the party in question but determined that the noise being created was minimal. After a second complaint the officers observed the party from a position of cover and again found the noise to be minimal.

Officers contacted the individual, advised him that he was too drunk to be on a licensed premise. Per management’s request, the individual was trespassed him from the business indefinitely.

Landlord reported that he was assaulted by his tenant. Investigation revealed that the two were involved in a shouting match that resulted in chest bumping. The parties were able to resolve their differences without criminal charges.
