Officers discovered an unsecure premise at a local business. A responsible party was contact for permission to enter. Nothing was found to be amiss and the building was secured.

Officers responded to a report of a woman screaming. Investigation revealed that young man was being chastised by his young wife. The wife did not agree with her husband drinking alcohol in the house and expressed this displeasure in a loud and clear manner. No physical violence was detected.

Officers responded and determined that the noise level in regards to the time of day was not unreasonable.

Tam Nguyen, 45 yoa from Vietnam, arrested and charged with possessing heroin, methamphetamine and cocaine with intent to distribute, distribution of heroin, and illegal possession of a loaded handgun.  He was also charged with maintaining a business/building for a drug enterprise.

Complainant reported an individual staggering in the roadway creating a hazardous situation. Officers were able to determine that the besotted pedestrian had in fact made it home without incident.

A worried father reported that he had not heard from his son in nearly 3 months. Officers were able to locate the son who agreed to call home.

Officers discovered Jose Pacheco, 21 yoa from Texas, slumped over the wheel of his high-centered truck. Pacheco was arrested for two counts of Assault 4 on a Law Enforcement Officer, No Valid Operator’s License, and DUI.

Officers responded to a report of an individual having difficulty on Strawberry Hill. Jose Pacheco was subsequently arrested for DUI.
