Officers conducted a controlled purchase of marijuana from Shadrack Baird, who was accompanied to the drug delivery by Johanna Pham and Jason Tungul. Several search warrants were issued following the drug buy. Baird was arrested on one count each of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance VI and VI; Pham was arrested for Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance V and Tampering with Evidence; Jason Tungul was remanded to custody per his probation officer and was additionally charged with Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance V, two counts of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance VI and Tampering with Evidence.
