Caller reported a driver swerving all over the roadway. Responding officers found the suspect vehicle, clearly labeled with a large sign that read “Student Driver.” The student driver was advised of the laws regarding stopping at the direction of a police officer and of traveling so slowly as to have more than five vehicles behind her.
