Caller reported he had been followed from Ballyhoo Road to the police station, but did not want to identify by whom he had been followed for fear the situation would escalate. After talking to an officer for a few minutes the caller decided he was no longer concerned, provided the name of the suspect and said he didn’t want the suspect contacted.

Library staff reported receiving a garbled, aggressive voice mail and asked that officers investigate. An officer, after listening to the message and seeing from where it originated, opined that the caller one, was intoxicated; and two, had dialed a wrong number.

Officer stopped a driver for a traffic violation and discovered the driver had been consuming alcohol. The driver performed satisfactorily on field sobriety tests and was given a warning about the dangers of driving after drinking.

Officers responded to a home wherein a distraught woman seemed on the verge of a breakdown and was threatening to harm herself. The young woman agreed to meet with a mental health practitioner and was transported to the clinic for the meeting.

Woman who had spoken to her husband four hours earlier reported that he should have boarded a flight 45 minutes ago and yet she had received no information or itinerary from him and he always provides these things and nobody would tell her anything. An officer determined the husband was scheduled to leave the following day, and provided the wife with her husband's employer's phone number.

A driver, after exiting a parking lot, slid from one side to another on an icy road until finally coming to a complete stop in a ditch. The driver was uninjured and there was no significant damage to the vehicle or ditch.

Officers responded to a melee, involving 6-7 inebriated men and women, at the airport. Several participants were still on scene and claimed they were protecting one of their own from a fight caused by another man no longer present. Officers attempted to locate those who had fled but were unable to do so. No charges were filed.
