Caller reported an ATV driving on the roadway. Officer responded and determined the ATV belonged to the road construction crew and was being used as a pilot vehicle for traffic control. Officer advised road crew personnel that the ATV could only be driven within the confines of the construction zone and not on any other roadway. Road crew supervisor said they would comply.

Complainant reported being beat up at the Harborview Bar. Officers responded and conducted an investigation. Investigation revealed the complainant had been asked to leave the bar because he was unruly, argumentative and hostile to bar personnel. Once outside the complainant pushed and punched at another patron who struck the complainant once in the head.

Captain of a vessel reported a recently terminated employee had made verbal threats against him and was refusing to leave the vessel. The Captain requested Officers remove the subject from his vessel. Officers contacted the individual who reeked of consumed alcoholic beverages, advised him of the Captains request and told him to vacate the premises. The subject left without incident.

Ports Officer requested an individual be indefinitely trespassed from the Bobby Storr's dock/all floats, due to an incident involving an altercation several weeks ago. Officers contacted the subject in question and advised him of the Ports Officer's request. Subject acknowledged the trespass advisement and said he understood he could be arrested if he returned to the docks.

The owner of the salon was contacted and advised of the situation. The owner of the salon arrived shortly thereafter and confirmed that nothing was amiss and secured the door.
