Officer observed numerous construction vehicles speeding to and from a construction zone. A driver and a supervisor for the construction company were both warned about the violations and advised that citations would be forthcoming if the problems continue.

Caller reported her neighbors were again making unreasonable noise and were keeping her family from sleeping. Officers responded and confirmed that the noise was unreasonable. The neighbor, against whom multiple noise complaints had been made in the past, was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

Officers searched a public building after receiving a report of some open doors at that location. No intruders or signs of damage were discovered. A responsible party secured the doors.

Officer followed up on a report of illegal fishing in Iliuliuk Creek and found a man there who was in violation of at least four state fishing laws. The fisherman was cited for Fishing without a Valid License and Fishing in Closed Waters.

Officers responded to another crowded residence, this one occupied by many strident inebriates. The inebriates were advised to keep their voices down lest they become incarcerates.

Officers responded to a crowded home wherein a non-resident husband and wife had been arguing in front of the residents of the home. After speaking with those present officers determined no crime had been committed. The husband was advised to leave the residence.

Caller reported a taxi operating with a defective taillight. An officer was unable to locate the suspect taxi.

Officer observed a fisherman attempting to snag fish in the river at Summer Bay. The fisherman was cited for using a snagging hook in fresh water and was warned about fishing in closed waters.
