Caller reported a man much larger than he had just punched and tried to strangle him. Officers responding to the scene determined that the caller had thrown and broken a glass, prompting one of his comrades to shove him to the ground. John Foster, 49 yoa, and Michael C. Stanley, 42 yoa, were cited for Disorderly Conduct.
