James E. Rush, 45 yoa, of Unalaska, was arrested on one count of Violating Conditions of Release when officers contacted him on an unrelated matter and discovered he had been consuming alcohol in violation of a court order.

Fire personnel responded to the Coastal Dock regarding a fiber fire inside the hold of the F/V Blue Pacific. Harbor officers provided water-side support and AST employees also assisted. The fire was extinguished after several hours. The USCG is inspecting the vessel for structural damage caused by the intense heat.
