Officers responded to a plane crash at the Tom Madsen airport. The pilot reported having had difficulty maintaining control of the aircraft, and some landing gear and one wing had ultimately collapsed while landing.

A driver backing into a parking space and another driver backing out of one collided in the Grand Aleutian parking lot. Damages were minor and no injuries were reported.

Gas station employee reported a driver had failed to pay for approximately $200 worth of diesel. The employee provided a vague description of the suspect vehicle. Officers pursued some leads but were ultimately unable to identify the suspect vehicle or driver.

A driver who almost backed into one vehicle and then successfully backed into a second one was issued a citation for Limitations on Backing.

Officers helping a driver get out of a snow drift left the driver with a shovel while they responded to another call. The driver was able to extricate himself and returned the shovel to Public Safety.

A garbage truck driver who forgot to drop the boom on his truck struck a skywalk at Unisea Seafoods, causing a minor ammonia leak which was quickly contained. The truck driver was cited.
