Officer stopped a vehicle with a teenage driver and teenage passengers after he saw the driver turn down an unlit, narrow roadway. The various passengers were turned over to their parents after the officer learned the driver was in violation of his provisional license.

Two young men seated in a car outside a liquor store, in which the car's driver was buying beer, caught an officer's attention. All parties denied that the driver was purchasing alcohol for the underage men, and were given a warning about the penalties for said violations.
