Taxi Driver One said Taxi Driver Two is mean to her on the phone. Taxi Driver Two said Taxi Driver One cut in line and stole her customers. An officer admonished both Taxi Drivers to behave and be fair.

Eoan V. Martushev, 20 yoa, of Oregon was additionally charged for Violating Conditions of Release after an officer recognized him in the Harbor View Bar, and remembered that Martushev was not allowed in places where alcohol is sold or consumed.

Sister reported a local dipsomaniac was calling her repeatedly and she wished the calls to cease. An officer contacted the drunk and advised him of this request.

Manuel R. Barnett Jr., 45 yoa, of Unalaska, was arrested on an outstanding California warrant for probation violation after officers contacted him regarding a minor altercation in the Harbor View Bar.

Taxi driver asked for assistance with an intoxicated passenger who apparently did not know where he lived, as he had been driven "home" to many different locations, none of which were actually his residence. An officer, who recognized the drunk in the taxi, led the driver to the correct destination.
Assault

Joshua L. Ellis, 26 yoa, of Washington, was arrested on one count of Disorderly Conduct, two counts Violating Conditions of Release and one count of False Information to a Peace Officer after he was chased down and dragged from the car under which he was hiding. Ellis had hid under the car after repeatedly walloping an unidentified victim in front of the Harbor View Bar. The victim and most witnesses fled while Ellis was being detained.

Intoxicated mother phoned police and asked them to remove her son from her home. When police arrived the mother claimed that her son was sleeping peacefully and that she had never phoned police.

Officer disrupted a heated argument, between two men and a fiance, which had ensued after one man tried to lure away the other man's fiance and then made inflammatory, deprecatory remarks after his enticement techniques failed.

A man reported he had been slapped and hit in the right eye after asking a woman if she was pregnant. The man was not injured and did not wish to press charges.

Complainant reported a swastika had been spray-painted on the sidewalk near the Public Works facility. A road construction superintendent said he would see that the symbol was removed.
