Driver reported flashing lights from a vehicle on the side of the road, and thought perhaps the occupants might need assistance. An officer responded and found two women retrieving some belongings from their disabled vehicle. They were unaware of having activated any lights.

An officer subsequently contacted one of the big men, who admitted to leaning against but not sitting on an irate man's truck. The big man denied that any other men, large or small, were involved in the altercation.
