Cleaning staff found what appeared to be drug residue at the airport. Officers verified this was indeed the case. No other drugs or paraphernalia were found.

Mother reported she was unable to find her son, who had snuck from the house sometime earlier, and asked that he be taken to the police station if he were located. She phoned a short time later to say her son had returned of his own volition.

Taxi driver reported a drunk who refused to exit her vehicle. The drunk eventually left the first taxi for a second, which he also refused to leave. The drunk was eventually deposited at the clinic, where he wanted to be treated for some minor injuries.

A driver nearly ran over a drunk who had passed out on the roadside near the South Channel Bridge. The drunk, who maintained he was simply admiring the stars, was eventually claimed by his employer and taken to his residence.

David T. John, 27 yoa, an inebriate from the State of Washington, was arrested for Criminal Trespass II after he refused to leave the Grand Aleutian Hotel minutes after having been told he was no longer allowed there.

Officer issued a trespass advisement, per Unisea Security, to a hotel guest who had been injured earlier in the evening, as well as to the guest's companion.

A man who had been ordered from the Airport Bar after he declined the opportunity to buy everyone in the bar a drink, was later denied the opportunity to board his outbound flight due to his level of intoxication.

Officer issued a trespass advisement, per Unisea Security, to a sobbing man whose unproductive solicitations for sex the previous night had rendered him unwelcome at any of Unisea's public facilities.

Bunkroom tenant insisted his $30 alarm clock had been stolen while he slept. Officers contacted several unlikely suspects but determined none were the thief. The alarm clock was recovered when it began chiming from a location which the victim was sure he had searched.

A potted plant, pinched five days earlier, was returned after having been uprooted and clearly mistreated. The potted plant pilferer was not identified.

Caller reported a fox carcass in the roadway was creating a traffic hazard. The carcass had been carried away by carrion-eaters by the time an officer arrived.

Officers mediated a dispute between two people who were experiencing some difficulties in their relationship.

Caller reported hearing a muffled explosive sound from the beach. The responding officer found several teens testing refinements to their potato launcher by lobbing spuds over the ocean.
