Officers mediated in a dispute over a financial issue. The parties were advised the matter was not criminal in nature.

A caller reported that a person was walking their dog without a leash. The dog came onto the caller’s property and attacked her dog. Neither combatant was injured. The dog walker was advised of the laws regarding canine ownership.

Drunk Disturbance

Officers were dispatched to a report of a drunken individual causing a disturbance at a local drinking establishment. The individual was gone by the time the officer arrived. He was later located and trespassed from the establishment.
Assault

A frantic female caller reported that someone was trying to kill her. After the dispatcher was able to discern where the caller was located, the officer responded and contacted the involved individuals. James Nulph, 54 yoa from Santa Cruz, CA, arrested for charges of Assault 3rd x3, Assault 4th, Criminal Mischief and Theft.

Caller reported a white male dressed in dark clothes lying in the middle of the road in the “X” position with his arms and legs out. Officer responded and contacted a besotted individual in the area who was covered in mud. The individual denied lying in the roadway. He was found to be aware of his surroundings and assisted into a taxi.

EMS responded to assist a female complaining of chest pains and tingling in her upper extremities.

Caller reported an individual she knew to be on conditions of release was violating the conditions by consuming alcohol. The reported individual was not located where the caller stated he would be. The individual located at the reported location was not intoxicated and was not on conditions of release.
Missing Person

Officers assisted a worried mom in locating her son who was coming home for medical issues. The son was found at the airport and advised to contact his mom.

Officers responded to assist an individual who had called drunkenly called 911 to report that he wanted to go home.

An individual who had previously been reported as missing was discovered to be deceased. The individual was discovered under the dock at the Carl E. Moses Dock.

EMS personnel transported a deceased individual from the CEM to the morgue.

While investigating a noise disturbance Officers discovered the caller had a warrant for his arrest out of Wisconsin, Timothy Bonnin, 50 yoa, from Wisconsin, was arrested for 2 felonies and 1 misdemeanor for Failure to Support Child.

Officers investigated a report of a couple arguing in a loud manner. No criminal activity was discovered.
