Multiple witnesses reported seeing a driver careening down Gilman Road before stopping at the Intersea Mall, crawling out the passenger door and falling in the roadway on his way to the Harborview Grill. Officers contacted the driver, who was dribbling food and swaying as he walked down the roadway, moments after he left the grill. Michael H. Nickell, 30 yoa, was arrested on charges of Driving under the Influence, Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test and Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance VI.
