Homeowner reported youths traipsing across her property rather than using the conveniently located sidewalk nearby. An officer contacted a parent of one of the suspect children and advised her of the complaint.

Brandon K. Rosa, 20 yoa, of Unalaska, was arrested for Assault II after he followed a young man to his house and punched him in the side of the head to "teach him a lesson." Rosa claimed that the assault was precipitated by an incident the previous afternoon. The young man was flown to Anchorage with facial fractures.

A rock slide covered part of Airport Beach Road. The boulders were quickly removed from the roadway by an able-bodied officer.

Curtis R. Hodson, 32 yoa, of Washington, was arrested on an outstanding, extraditable warrant from Washington, on charges of Domestic Violence Harassment.

Additional graffiti was found painted on several businesses and on construction materials around Dutch Harbor. The graffiti appears to be the work of the same individuals responsible for the vandalism at the Russian Orthodox Church. Under investigation.

Multiple calls were received regarding graffiti which had been spray-painted on both the Russian Orthodox Church and the bishop's manse. Several suspects, all young, were identified. Under investigation.

A thief who left his old shoes in an apparent trade for a new pair was found waiting for a flight at the airport. Carlos A. Valenzuela, 37 yoa, was cited for Theft III and his new, and only, pair of shoes was seized.

The rear window of a vehicle was shattered, possibly due to high winds the previous night.
