A young woman was escorted from a party to her bunkroom by two men who refused to leave her room and who then each sexually assaulted the young woman over a period of several hours. Officers investigating the incident were able to confirm multiple details about the assault. Ismael T. Ballalo, 45 yoa, was later arrested on one count of Sexual Assault I and one count Sexual Assault II; Diego B. Mayuyo, 48 yoa, was later arrested on two counts of Sexual Assault II.

Unisea Security located a small quantity of marijuana in a room next to the one from which a man had just been arrested on drug charges. The occupant of the room claimed not to know from whom he had obtained the marijuana. The drugs were seized for destruction.

Officers investigating the use of marijuana in a Unisea bunkroom discovered the culprit, one Humberto Foster, 27 yoa, of California, attempting to provoke a fight with a Security officer. Foster was subsequently arrested on charges of Assault IV and Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance VI.

Westward management requested assistance with a drunken and disorderly employee who had become belligerent when he was removed from the workplace. None of those with whom the drunk had interacted wished to pursue charges.

Unisea Security removed an unruly drunk from his bunkroom, and after placing him in another room where he continued his obnoxious behavior, moved him to the Grand Aleutian Hotel, where he passed out in the lobby in front of an elevator. The now quiet and compliant inebriate was taken into protective custody.

Woman reported her phone, driver's license and a credit card had been stolen from the Grand Aleutian gift shop sometime in the last two and a half hours. Under investigation.

Officer investigating a reported assault found two drunken sailors ranting about whether or not one would be fired. A sober crewman arrived on scene and advised the officer that the ongoing soap opera between the two drunks would cease once they were back on their boat.

Two coworkers with a history of being unable to just get along continued their bellicose behavior inside the Harbor View bar, resulting in one man's necklace being broken after he was shaken back and forth. Under investigation.

A peeved bar patron asked for assistance obtaining his debit card, which had been retained by a bartender after the patron was kicked out for the night. The card was returned a short time later.
Drunk Disturbance

Unisea Security officer reported that a drunk, whom he was attempting to assist to a room, had threatened both him and several other employees. The drunk was advised to go to bed before he found himself without a place to stay.
