Peter Parson, 47 yoa from Bellingham, WA, who had previously been contacted for rummaging through a vehicle, advised he had a suspended driver’s license, and removed from a bar for consuming privately obtained alcohol, was arrested for DUI after he was seen driving by the very same officers who had previously contacted him and to whom he had promised he wouldn’t drive.

An individual was contacted inside a license premise after it was found he brought his own bottle of alcohol inside the bar and was drinking from it. The individual was removed from the bar at the request of the bar management.

A drunken individual was contacted rummaging through a vehicle. The individual stated he was looking for his wallet and had no intention of driving and left the area. The individual was advised that his license was suspended and that even if sober he could not drive.

Three underage individuals were contacted inside a local drinking establishment. The three had been eating at an attached restaurant and didn’t realize the area they were currently in was a bar. None of the individuals were found to have consumed any alcoholic beverages. The three were advised not to return to a bar for at least 3 years - when they turned 21.

Officers investigated a possible DV assault. A non-arrest was authorized by the District Attorney’s Office and the parties were separated for the night.

Caller reported an open gate. Officers did not find anything out of order and re-secured the gate.

Damage - Individual reported a vehicle had kicked up a rock from the roadway. The rock damaged the windshield of the individual’s vehicle. Information documented.
