Rafael Castillo-Rodriguez, 37 yoa, was arrested for Fraudulent Use of an Access Device, Theft III and Violation of Conditions of Release after he admitted taking his girlfriend’s debit card and removing money from her bank account. The theft was discovered when the girlfriend found her debit card in an unusual location, and checked her account activity.

A young drunk who had recently fallen from a third-floor window returned to his hotel and proceeded to start a fight with another hotel patron, striking the man five or six times in the face before he was able to fight back. Jeffrey T. Drake was arrested on one count of Assault IV.
