UCSD Student of the Week: Blaine Henning

Student of the Week for February 16 - 20, 2015.

The 5th/6th Grade Department selected Blaine Henning as Student of the Week for the following reasons:

Blaine Henning is an outstanding young man. He strives for excellence in everything he does providing contributions to both whole class situations and small group learning opportunities. Blaine often addresses tough or challenging situations with humor and a smile and always make sure to learn and improve through each experience. Blaine leads by example and can be seen as a model for his peers. Exceptional work for Mr. Henning. - Mr. Good, 5th Grade Teacher

Blaine Henning is a great addition to our classroom. He is a tremendously hard worker and strives for 100% in all endeavors, in and out of the classroom. He is a wonderful group member and is always kind and considerate to his peers. He is an attentive listener and an active participant in group discussions. Blaine has a quick smile and a helpful heart. Keep it up, Blaine! :) - Ms. Wood, 6th Grade Teacher

Blaine was a delight to have in Keyboarding. His speed increased almost 33% during his quarter with me. He came to class ready to go to work and he tried so hard every day. Keep up the good work, Blaine! - Ms. Gurley, Business Teacher
