Student of the Week for November 3-7, 2014

The Junior High Department selected Hailey as Student of the Week for the following reasons:

Hailey is a phenomenal young student. She is always striving to do the very best she can. She routinely gets every assignment turned in on time with the utmost quality and detail in her work. Hailey always has a smile on her face, a cheerful go-getter attitude, and is one of the first to lend a helping hand. Keep up the great work, Hailey, you have been a joy to coach and teach. - Mr. Gibson, Science Teacher and Cross Country Coach

Hailey is an organizational wonder. She is meticulous about every aspect of her work: keeping track of homework, carefully reading assignments and rubrics, planning ahead, and always striving her hardest to meet every expectation. She "digs in" to every activity without exception, showing maturity as an active reading and insightful writer. Notably, she puts equal effort into giving high quality feedback to her peers, as she does to developing her own writing process. She works exceptionally well with all her peers, is cheerful, positive, and out to get whatever obstacle faces her in life. Great work, Hailey-keep it up! - Ms. Purevsuren, English Teacher

Hailey pays attention to the details. In Geography and Physical Education class, Hailey always listens attentively and gives her best efforts to complete the task assigned. She has become a leader of the seventh grade class, by modeling the type of behavior a student who pushes themselves to achieve desired goals. Keep working hard, Hailey, and finish the semester strong. - Mr. Russell, Social Studies Teacher

Hailey is always happy to be on the court and genuinely loves the game of volleyball. She is a hard worker and has a "can do" attitude. She is quick to offer a smile or word of encouragement to her teammates. Keep it up, Hailey!! - Miss Wood, Junior High Volleyball Coach

Hailey is the daughter of Jim and Karie Wilson
