Taylor Holman

November 4th-8th

The High School Department selected Taylor Holman as Student of the Week for the following reasons:

  • Taylor is an eager learner, reader, and writer who is most notable for her inquisitive spirit, insightful contributions to class, and commitment to hard work.  Taylor takes personal responsibility for her success as a student, and is in daily pursuit of excellence in all that she does.  She is a model for her peers and infuses the classroom with positive energy.  Keep it up, Taylor!  - Ms. Purevsuren, English Teacher
  • Taylor is an outstanding student in my Russian I class. She pays attention to details and listens carefully to instructions. She makes sure that her assignments are in on time and reflect a high degree of effort and intellect. She is cheerful and polite every time she comes into class. Taylor is a great role model for all the students and a delight to have in class. -Mrs. Roraback, Foreign Language Teacher
  • Taylor Holmen is a great student. She is always interested in learning new things. I really enjoy having her in class because she brings up intelligent questions for group discussions. She also is playing volleyball this year for the high school team and she is making great improvements on her game. Congrats Taylor! -Ms. Heard, PE and Health Teacher
  • Taylor is doing really well in Economics.  It’s a tough subject and she has what it takes to grasp these abstract concepts.  She comes to class prepared, works hard, asks questions, completes assignments, and takes initiative.  These same skills are what will help Taylor be successful in her chosen career.  Keep up the excellent work.  -Ms. Gurley, Business Teacher

Taylor is the daughter of Mike and Holly Holman.
