Unalaska, AK – A month after Bryce Edgmon defeated Carl Moses in the House District 37 Democratic primary race, another election in the Aleutian Islands ended in a coin toss Friday. But this one was even stranger, because the winning candidate died four weeks ago. KIAL's Charles Homans has the story.
