Harassing Phone Calls Taper Off, No Arrests Made

Wednesday, December 19 2012
The rash of harassing phone calls that Unalaska women have reported over the last month appears to have ended. The last reported call was received last Tuesday, bringing the total number of victims to six.
Sgt. Jennifer Shockley says no arrests have been made in connection with the obscene calls, although multiple victims identified the same possible suspect. Shockley says an officer visited the man last week, but he denied any knowledge of the incidents. Without further evidence, Shockley says it’s not possible to pursue charges at this time.

If you have to ask, then you don't need to know...I agree with columbo in that television today, along with the games being sold to teens, prepare the mind of teenagers, that hurting others is becoming a way of life. The is a major disconnect with society, and violence, sex, and crime play a major role. Some time some one will have to say enough is enough, right...

For telemarketers my dad taught me the polite way; "I am not interested, thank-you" and then hang up. That works for me.
What offends me are the violent commercials advertising new movies. Showing, killing, blowing peoples heads off on TV is normal ok these days. But showing a naked womens breast on TV is offensive?!?

Hey people that switch your telephone number to private number; there is the technology and the way to trace that private number to the time, date, location, and the actual telephone number.
So knock it off if you useing your private number for annoying and harassing calls.

I guess I have been a "victim" to telemarketers for decades....seems hanging up fixes the problem immediately - kind of like muting commercials. Is the Trojan vibrator commercial on TV sexual harassment? It offends me
