Unalaska, AK – As of this morning, Carl Moses and Bryce Edgmon are finally, definitively locked in a tie in the race for the Democratic nomination in House District 37. The primary will be decided by a coin toss in Anchorage on Monday. The coin toss will take place at 2 p.m. in the Wilda Marston Theater at Lusak Library, and both Edgmon and Moses will be present.
