Raiders game improves at home

Unalaska, AK – The Raiders played their first home games Thursday night against the Wainwright Huskies and Lady Huskies. The boys played first at 7 pm. The Raiders ended the first quarter with a four point lead and never lost their advantage through out the entire game. Cameron Lynch scored 23 points and Adrian Del Rosario took 12. The Raiders totaled 72 points. They won 72 to 54. It's their second win of the season.
The girls team had their closest match-up yet. They ended the first half 6 points ahead of the Lady Huskies but lost some of their cool in the second half. In the end, Wainwright pulled ahead and won 39 to 34. Catina Merrifield led Unalaska's scoring with 13 points. Natalie Waldron followed close behind with 12.
Both teams will play again Friday at 7 pm and 8:30 then on Saturday at noon and 1:30. Games are $4 for adults and $2 for students.
