Unalaska, AK – The Region 1 girls' volleyball championships will start up again at 12:30 p.m. this afternoon, with two more teams on the island and ready to play.

The tournament got a late start yesterday, with Unalaska and Aniak kicking off the first game at 12:30 p.m. Most of the games were postponed, because several teams weren't here to play them. But the teams from Bethel and Kotzebue arrived late this morning, and the tournament will resume with Nome taking on Kotzebue at 12:30 in the high school gym.

Bristol Bay is now the only team missing. They have until 1:30 to get to Unalaska before they're forced to forfeit their first game.
