A belligerent, intoxicated man who had been taken by taxi to the Grand Aleutian Hotel, proceeded to behave obnoxiously with staff at that location. Stephen Scott Apangalook, 25 yoa, was arrested for Criminal Trespass II when he refused to leave the premises of the hotel after having been asked to do so.
