A drunken landlord who was tired of his tenant asked police to evict the man and when told this was not possible, claimed that the tenant had assaulted the landlord’s brother. Neither the landlord nor his equally intoxicated brother was able to provide any credible details whatsoever. The tenant indicated he planned to move soon.
