A man who had defecated in his pants helped himself to a new wardrobe, leaving his soiled clothing and cell phone in a dressing room. Steven A. Koechel, 35 yoa, was recognized by store personnel from a previous shoplifting incident and was captured on security cameras as he entered the store wearing one outfit and left wearing another. Koechel was arrested on one count of Theft IV and three counts of Violating Conditions of Release.
