Apartment-dweller discovered that someone had super-glued the valve caps on his vehicle tires, so that any attempt to remove the cap ripped the stem from the valve and caused the tire to deflate. One possible suspect was identified.

A tenant, angry about having just overheard the landlord tell a neighbor that the tenant was being evicted, dented the landlord’s garage door with a single vicious kick. The tenant’s employer agreed to pay for the damages, and the tenant was advised not to return to the premises.
