A man asked for assistance retrieving some hand tools which he had lent to a woman who had, instead of returning them, lent them in turn to someone else. The responding officer discovered there was more to the quarrel than just borrowed tools, and spoke at length with both parties about how best to resolve their dispute.

Officer stopped the driver of an oversize vehicle and determined that no valid permit had been obtained for the oversize move. A shipping company representative was able to obtain a valid permit later in the day.
