An extremely intoxicated homeowner told officers that he had woken up to find his friend pouring water on him and beating him “all over” his body. The homeowner was unable to say exactly where he had been struck, had no ostensible injuries and was in a room in which there was no apparent disarray. The suspect, who had already left by the time officers arrived, denied having assaulted anyone and told officers that the homeowner was extremely intoxicated, agitated and not fully aware of his surroundings. No substantive evidence of an assault was found.

An intoxicated young adult man reported that his mother, who as officers discovered was quite annoyed with her son’s drunken antics, had thrown a bottle of lotion at him, striking him in the genitals and causing a rather considerable amount of pain. The young man, who wished for neither medical care nor charges to be pressed, asked simply that his mother be told not to throw things at him anymore.

A man who said he had no reason to believe his wife was in any danger asked that officers check on her. When questioned further, the husband eventually decided that his wife was diabetic and had not had her insulin shot in two days. An officer contacted the woman, who stated she was in no need of assistance and doesn’t take insulin anyway.

Officers responded to a residence whose out-of-town owner specifically requested that certain persons, who a caller stated were in the house, not be allowed in the house. The trespassers were detained until the homeowner was contacted; she declined to pursue charges but asked that the two be told they were not welcome to return.

Officers responding to an accident in which a vehicle was overturned into a small lake learned that Stella Allen-King, 46 yoa, was the driver of said vehicle and determined that she was quite inebriated. Allen-King made conflicting statements regarding the other occupant’s role as driver and/or passenger, but eventually admitted to having been the driver at the time of the accident. The other occupant fled the area on foot and has so far refused to speak to police.
