Officers responding to a report of a trespasser found that a young man had muscled his way into an apartment from which he had previously been kicked out and had then engaged in an altercation which resulted in bruises to his girlfriend’s neck. Brandon Allen, 19 yoa, was arrested on charges of Assault III-DV, Burglary I and Minor in Possession.
