An extremely intoxicated woman claimed that a young man was driving drunk, headed towards Standard Oil Hill. Officers quickly found the alleged suspect, who appeared sober and said he had not consumed alcohol since the previous evening. His performance on field sobriety tests supported this claim.

Officer advised an unruly and intoxicated woman that she was no longer allowed in the bar due to her intoxication, and suggested that she take advantage of a nearby taxi. She did.

A woman who was the designated driver for a group of inebriated and boisterous woman reported that her keys had been locked in her vehicle by one of her companions. An officer was able to unlock the vehicle and the designated driver then corralled her companions and herded them from the area.

Reynaldo B. Sidro, 42 yoa, of Oregon, was arrested for Driving under the Influence, Driving while License Suspended/Revoked and Violate Condition of Release after a Trooper who knew Sidro’s license had been revoked saw him driving away from an office complex.

Caller requested assistance getting back into her house, which she had inadvertently locked when she went outside. A Trooper was nearby and was able to gain access to the residence.

DUI

Two EMS responders en route to a medical emergency reported a driver had failed to yield to their vehicles, which were operating with active lights and sirens. Officers located the suspect driver after a Harbor Officer saw him park at the CEM dock and board a vessel there. Kevin N. Herron, 27 yoa, admitted to consuming a considerable quantity of alcohol earlier in the evening and to not having moved for the emergency vehicles. Herron was arrested for Driving under the Influence and was cited for Failure to Yield.

Chase L. Madden, 33 yoa, was charged with one count of Driving while License Suspended/Revoked after an officer stopped Madden for a minor traffic violation and learned that his license was suspended.

Caller reported being followed and then chased by four people as he was en route to the airport. The caller’s version of events was not consistent with statements and observations made by others, and no party of potential problem-makers was found.
Theft

A vehicle, reported stolen, was discovered a short distance away in front of a house at which several people had been drinking the previous night. The investigating officer spoke with most of those who had been present; although the time frame during which the vehicle appeared there was determined, there was no information to suggest who might have left it there. Under investigation.

Complaint about a vehicle parked in such a way as to inhibit traffic. An officer determined the vehicle in question was being used to jump-start another vehicle. It was moved once this task was completed.
