Officer issued a trespass advisement to a man who had been burglarizing vehicles in the hotel parking lot.

Officers responded to the hotel regarding a complaint that a man was systematically entering vehicles in the parking lot.  Stanley Tyee Morris, 26 yoa, was quickly located and was arrested on two counts of Criminal Trespass II. Other charges pending further investigation into what, if any, items were removed from the vehicles.

Officer advised an inebriate urinating between two cars that restrooms were the facility of choice for said activity.

Brandon J. Schliebe, 24 yoa, was charged with Reckless Driving and Motor Vehicle Insurance Required after an officer investigated a complaint about his erratic, high-speed driving on a narrow, densely populated roadway and learned that at least one person had to jump out of Schliebe’s way to avoid being hit. Schliebe had been warned two days earlier about not having liability insurance.

Caller reported two men, one of whom was on the ground and was possibly injured, in front of City Hall. Shortly thereafter, officers contacted two inebriated men at the Clinic. They denied having fallen or otherwise having been on the ground and said it must have been two other people. No other persons were found in the area.

A cell phone was stolen from the boys’ locker room at the PCR. Two persons were identified as having been in the area at the time of the theft. Under investigation.

The Director of Public Safety advised an intoxicated and obnoxious man at the airport to sit down and be quiet instead of disrupting airline personnel. After a brief time-out, the man had calmed down and left the area.

Complaint about construction workers removing a section of roadway without benefit of flaggers in the area. An officer responded and spoke to the on-site supervisor about the complaint.
