Rental car owner reported that a vehicle leased to a fishing vessel had been stolen from the dock at which the vessel was moored. The owner called back a few minutes later to report that the vehicle had been turned in.

Union avoidance consultant reported having been threatened both by phone and in person by various union members in Unalaska, and possibly by union members in his home state as well. Both the victim and young son were specifically named as the targets of death threats. Under investigation.

Caller reported orange construction fencing had blown across part of East Point Loop. An officer responded to the area and replaced it alongside the ditch it was intended to mark.
Harassment

Adult male reported receiving harassing phone calls, which an officer traced to two juveniles in the community. The children were warned to cease said activities and their parents were advised of the complaint.
MVA Damage

A driver who said her foot accidentally punched the gas pedal instead of the brake backed into a vehicle parked behind her, causing moderate damage to both vehicles. The driver complained of minor neck injury.
Traffic Crime

Complaint about a vehicle hindering traffic on Raven Way. Officers responded and found that strong winds had blown the vehicle, which had not been placed in “park,” into the roadway.
